Gigamon Is Certified as a Great Place to Work
What has always been important to me when joining an organization is the culture and whether it is a place that I would want to be part of. I joined Gigamon over five years ago, and the Gigamon culture and people I met were the deciding factor for my joining. And I’m not alone — candidates who interview with us and employees have consistently provided positive feedback about the special culture with great people.
Our Gigamon Beliefs have created the foundation for our culture, and it’s the people that keep it constant. With that, I’m thrilled to announce that Gigamon has been named a Great Place to Work-Certified company by Great Place to Work US!
This is our first time participating in this prestigious list, where 89 percent of our employees said Gigamon is a great place to work — this is an incredible 31 points higher than the average U.S. company. I am pleased that our employees had such an overwhelmingly positive response, especially during these challenging times, and Gigamon has now been acknowledged by Great Place to Work.
