Spencer Walden
Staff Security Engineer, Applied Threat Research
Spencer Walden is an intern emeritus and a current member of the Gigamon Applied Threat Research team. He has been focused on detection research and tracking criminal threat groups, most notably FIN7. Spencer is a graduate of the University of Washington where he studied informatics with a focus in information assurance and cybersecurity. While in school, he was also a member of Batman’s Kitchen, the UW CTF team where he competed in a number of CTFs, domestic and international.
