GigaWomen Superstars Reflect on International Women’s Day

In honor of International Women’s Day (IWD) 2020, we used the entire month of March as an opportunity to feature GigaWomen Superstars across our social media channels. But with so much having unexpectedly changed in the world during this period, we’re extending our recognition of these influential individuals who work tirelessly to make a difference. After all, it’s during uncertain times that strong leadership is even more crucial in both the corporate world and throughout our local communities. The people highlighted below are incredible examples of both.

Before I introduce our Superstars, I’d like to say that it feels good to truly believe in the work we’re doing as a team. From a companywide standpoint, one of our core beliefs is summarized by the term OneGigamon, and we put this into practice daily. Rather than simply seeing ourselves as individuals in a hierarchical structure, we work as equals to ensure that we’re delivering the best possible outcomes no matter what our challenges. Because of this, the IWD 2020 theme, “Each for Equal,” really spoke to our company culture and provided us an opportunity to celebrate something of which we’re very proud.

The women highlighted below are just a handful of the folks who continue to go above and beyond every day. I’d also like to note that we’ve made it a point to showcase these important employees not just because they’re women, but because our organization wouldn’t be quite the same without them.
