Gigamon Recognized as a Representative Vendor in the Latest Gartner Market Guide for Network Packet Brokers Report

On January 19, 2016, Gartner published its Market Guide for Network Packet Brokers (NPB), naming Gigamon as a Representative Vendor in the NPB market. “Gartner estimates that the current market value of the network packet brokers (NPBs) is $591 million for 2015.”

Based on available public data for the two largest market players (Gigamon and Ixia Network Visibility Systems [NVS]), Gigamon has consistently grown market share over the last three years, as shown by the chart below:
